Annie Laura Buchanan Seymore, age 87 of Sanford, passed away on Thursday (3/4/2021) at her home surrounded by her family.  She was born in Harnett County, on August 23, 1933 to Alton and Madie Buchanan.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband David E. Seymore, and siblings Sophie McNeill, Vada Tingen, Faye Cotton, Arlene Crissman, Mary Lee Buchanan and Alton B. Buchanan Jr.  Annie Laura loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren, gardening and shopping with her daughters.  She is survived by her sister, Sue McNeill (Wendell) of Broadway, NC.  Daughters, Linda Patterson (Mitchell) of Sanford, NC, Darlene Gurtis of Sanford, NC, and Lisa Jackson (Michael) of Pinehurst. Son, Randy Seymore of Sanford, NC.  Grandchildren, Bryce Seymore (Susan), Caity DeRespino (Kurt), Kasey Sloan (Aaron), Evan Gurtis, Cristina Adams (Ryan), Candice Kujawski (Patrick), Colten Jackson, C.J. Hall and Shannon Hall.  Great-grandchildren, Carter, Zana, Adeline, Kameron and sister-in-law, Phyllis Buchanan.  The family request no visitors to the home amid Covid-19 and mask are requested for the service.  Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 2pm on Sunday, March 7, 2021 at Buffalo Cemetery with Rev.
