Bennie Lee Aragon, age 77 of Broadway, passed away on Sunday  (10/22/2023) at his home.  He was born on August 13, 1946, son of the late Bernardino Aragon and Erma Mae Goldman Aragon. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Irene Howard.  Bennie was a Veteran of the United States Army serving in Vietnam and was a recipient of the Bronze Star Medal.  He was a huge baseball fan of the Atlanta Braves and all of his grandkids called him Sundaddy.  He is survived by his wife, Ngoc Thi "Mia" Hoang Aragon of the home.  Daughters, Hoa Aragon Bouldin (Ray)of Sanford, NC, Anh Tuyet Aragon Mooney (John) of Rolesville, NC and Stacy Johnson of Mobile, Alabama.  Sons, Rocky Lee Aragon (Elizabeth) of Linden, NC and Scott Aragon of Lugoff, SC.  Sisters, Madeline Jackson of Pensacola, Florida, Marie Loner of Winnsboro, SC, and Melissa Aragon of Winnsboro, SC.  Brothers, Dempsey Aragon (Joyce) of Chester, SC and Bonnie Aragon (Debbie) of Elgin, SC.  Grandchildren, J.R. Bouldin, Bayley Shaw, Corey Bouldin, Madison Aragon, Parker Aragon, Jacob Mooney; great-granddaughter Isla Bouldin and niece, An Nguyen.  Funeral services will be conducted at 2pm Thursday at Holly Springs Baptist Church with Rev.
