Charles Larry Watson, age 70 of Sanford, died Tuesday (9/8/2015) at Central Carolina Hospital in Sanford. He was born in Randolph County, son of the late William Otis Watson and Ruby Robena Spencer Watson. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, George Watson, Clinton Watson, Jesse Watson and William Otis Watson Jr. and his sisters Ola Miller and Jackie Faucette. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00pm Saturday at the Full Gospel Assembly with Rev. Sherry Baird and Rev. Ralph Baker officiating. Burial will follow in the Watson Family Cemetery. Surviving is his brother, Ralph S. Watson of Sanford, NC; Sister Dorothy Brantley of Cameron, NC and Brother in Law Neil Miller of Sanford, NC. The family will receive friends from 7-9pm Friday evening at the Smith Funeral Home in Broadway.
