Curtis Dale Kelly, age 59 of Sanford, died Monday (1/14/2019) at his home. He was born on June 1, 1959, son of the late Larry Kyle Kelly and Frances Carter Brown. He was a lifetime member and deacon of Juniper Springs Baptist Church and enjoyed drag racing and playing the guitar. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30pm on Thursday at the Juniper Springs Baptist Church with Rev. John Hackney officiating. Burial will follow in the Juniper Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Surviving is his wife Joy Butler Kelly of the home. Daughters Logan Marie Kelly of the home and Amber Cox Eckel and husband Corey of Sanford, NC. Sister Cynthia Gale Kelly and husband Fred Reed of Savannah, GA and brother Michael Stephen Kelly of Sanford, NC. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:30pm on Thursday, prior to the funeral service at the Juniper Springs Baptist Church.
