Daniel Craig Driggers, age 33 of Sanford, passed away on Sunday (2/28/2021).  He was born on May 8, 1987, son of Mark Floyd Lewis and Misty Dawn Driggers.  He was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Glenn Lewis II, and grandfathers, Robert Glenn Lewis and Larry Thomas Driggers.  Graveside services will be conducted at 2pm Friday at Poplar Springs United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Keith Miller officiating.  Surviving are his parents, Mark Lewis of Goldston, NC and Misty Dawn Driggers of Sanford, NC.  Children, Leah Driggers of Broadway, NC, Jayda Marie Driggers of Raleigh, NC and Daniel Craig Driggers, Jr. of Vass, NC.  Brother, Thomas Brumley of Sanford, NC, Grandmother, Susan Driggers of Sanford, NC and his girlfriend, Paula Donathan of Sanford, NC.  Friends may come to the Smith Funeral Home on Thursday between the hours of 2pm-5pm to sign the register and pay their respects.  In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials are made to the Smith Funeral Home, PO Box 370, Broadway, NC 27505 for funeral expenses.  Online condolences can be made at www.smithfuneralhomebroadway.com Arrangements are by the Smith Funeral Home of Broadway.
