David Gary "Hub Cap" Yarbrough, age 64 of Broadway, died Sunday (5/2/2021) at Central Harnett Hospital in Lillington.  He was born on February 17, 1957, son of the late Pete Yarbrough and Callie Wilson Buchanan.  He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Tammy Simpson, brother Allen Marion, grand-daughter Hannah Jo Gilliam and his former wife, Phyllis Barefoot.  Funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 3pm at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel with Rev.  Wayne O'Quinn officiating.  Burial will follow in the Holly Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.  Surviving is his daughter, Dusty Dawn Yarbrough (Mark Kellam) of Olivia, NC.  Son-in-law, Jeremy Simpson of Johnsonville, NC, Brothers, Danny Marion and Timothy Marion of Broadway, NC and Connie Marion of Lillington, NC.  Grandchildren, Bailey Gilliam, Mackenzie Gilliam, Austin Simpson (Victoria Gonzalez), Dalton Simpson and Dakota Simpson and great-granddaughter, Aubrey Simpson.   In accordance with Covid-19 guidelines, masks are requested for the services.  Online condolences can be made at www.smithfuneralhomebroadway.com Arrangements are by the Smith Funeral Home of Broadway.
