Dolly Mae Cameron Ferguson, age 89 of Sanford, passed away on Sunday (11/3/2019) at her home. She was born in Harnett County, daughter of the late William Dan Cameron and Mollie Ann Smith Cameron. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Myrtle Buchanan and Georgia Cameron, brother Mallie Cameron, Daughter Linda Hopkins, Grandson Ronnie "Peanut" Hopkins and her loving partner and best friend Leroy Asche. Graveside services will be conducted at 11am Thursday at the Cypress Presbyterian Church Cemetery with Chaplain Donnie Addison officiating. Surviving is her daughter Veronica Hall of Sanford, NC. Brother Richard Cameron of Reidsport, Oregon, seven grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
