Doris Womack Reeves, age 88 of Sanford, passed away on Sunday (6/5/2022) at her home.  She was born on December 13, 1933, daughter of the late Arch Womack and Lillian Dickens Womack.  She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Floyd Fuquay; sisters Cora Thomas, Naomi Thomas, Bertha Cordevant, Gerline Womack and grandson, Jamie Williams.  Funeral service will be conducted at 11am Wednesday at Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Broadway with Rev. James Estes officiating.  Burial will follow in the Southside Baptist Church Cemetery.  Surviving is her husband, Ronald L. Reeves of the home.  Daughter, Debra Hutchins and husband Randy of Broadway, NC.  Son, Ricky Williams and wife Paula of Broadway, NC.  Grandchildren, Kevin Riley, Shawna Blegan, great-grandchildren Aden, IreLynn and Emsley and many nieces and nephews.  The family will receive friends from 10-11am Wednesday at Smith Funeral Home, prior to the funeral service.
