Edward Mack" Eddie"  Brown, age 61 of Lakeview, passed away on Thursday (3/12/2026) at his home.  He was born in Lee County, son of Lois Clayton Weatherhogg and the late Mack Junior Brown.  He was preceded in death by his father, maternal grandparents, Carl Clayton and Ora Clayton, paternal grandparents, Christine Cox Brown and Mack Chalmers "Challie" Brown, and his sister, Cynthia "Cindy" Brown Fulton.  Eddie loved Nascar and was a big fan of Rusty Wallace for many  years.  He also enjoyed watching football, being outdoors and was a great handyman.  For many years he worked in the landscaping and heavy equipment industry.  He is survived by his mother, Lois Clayton Weatherhogg of the home; niece, Molly Brown; nephews, Taylor Anderson, Wyatt Fore, Caleb Fore, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. The family will receive friends on Tuesday , March 24th, 2026 from 10am-11am at Antioch Baptist Church, 6670 Old US Highway 421, Lillington, NC.   A celebration of life service will follow at 11am with Rev.
