Elvin Ray Moore Jr. age 35 of Sanford, passed away on Thursday (12/3/2020) at his home.  He was born in Lee County, on March 10, 1985, son of Elvin Ray Moore Sr. and Darlene Cook.  Ray enjoyed target practice in his backyard and was a wonderful father to his children.  He enjoyed spending time with them, especially watching television and movies together.  The family will hold a memorial service at their home.  In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Leslie Hall Moore of the home.  His children, Gavin Moore, Railey Moore, Gauge Moore, Madilyn Moore, Payton Moore, Pearce Moore and his in-laws, Geraline Holder Hall and Kelly Hall.
