Gerline Ander Womack, age 77 of Sanford, died Wednesday (3/18/2015) at Duke University Medical Center in Durham. She was born in Harnett County, daughter of the late Archie Gray Womack and Lillian Electra Dickens Womack. She was preceded in death by her parents, her son Stevie Lane Tart, Daughter Judy Lynn Deljuidice; Sister Bertha Cordevant, Half-sisters Naomi Thomas and Cora Thomas and half-brother Floyd Fuquay. Graveside Memorial service will be conducted at 2pm Saturday at the Southside Baptist Church with Rev. Tom Welborn officiating. Surviving are her daughter Beverly Bowling of Sanford, NC; Son Kenneth Junior Tart of Sanford, NC; Sister Doris Reeves and husband Ronald of Sanford, NC; Seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
