Harold Godin Guerard Jr., age 93 of Sanford, died Wednesday (9/30/2015) at Siler City Center in Siler City. He was born in Charleston, SC, son of the late Harold Godin Guerard Sr. and Marian Campbell Holmes Guerard. He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Harold "Mac" Guerard III. He was a Bombardier with the US Army Air Corp in the South Pacific. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. Surviving are his wife Eleanor McNair Guerard; Daughters Lura Guerard of Sanford, NC, Marian Triplett of Greensboro, NC and Lucy Tucker and husband Bill of Sanford, NC; Son Judson Guerard and wife Sally of Bakersville, NC; Brother Hume Guerard of Beaufort, SC and five grandchildren.
