Harold Junior Norris, age 82 of Sanford, passed away on Thursday (3/10/2022) at Central Carolina Hospital in Sanford.  He was born in Harnett County, son of the late Preston B. Norris and Jessie Lee Baker Norris.  He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, Bobby Ray Norris.  Graveside funeral service will be conducted at 3pm Sunday at Lee Memory Gardens with Rev. Shane Wilson officiating.  The family will receive friends from 1:30-2:30 pm, Sunday at the Smith Funeral Home in Broadway, prior to the graveside service.  Surviving is his wife, Rachel N.  Norris of the home.  Daughters, Kathy Elizabeth Norris (Steve Mohr) of New Bern, NC and Cindy Jean "Jeannie" Reece (Troy) of Sanford, NC.  Son, Berry D. Norris of Sanford, NC.  Sisters, Sue Puryear of Sanford, NC, Peggy Seamone (Danny) of Concord, NC and Faye Strouth of Sanford, NC.  Grandchildren, Troy Allan Reece (Pamela), Carrie N.
