Henry Sterling Pinson Jr. , age 82 of Broadway, died Tuesday (2/28/2012) at Central Carolina Hospital in Sanford. He was born on September 3, 1929 in Philadelphia, PA, son of the late Henry Sterling Pinson Sr. and Welia Pinson. He was preceded in death by his parents and his daughter Joanne Marie Hillman. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 11am Monday at the Lakeview Memorial Park in Sykesville, MD with Rev. Garland Smith officiaitng. Suriving are his wife Conceicao Pinson of the home; Son Dean Philip Pinson and wife Laura of Washington, DC; Stepchildren Maria Emerson of Baltimore, MD and Victor Medeiros and wife Fatima of Everett, Mass; Son-in-law Rodney Hillman of Fallston, MD; Grandchidren Taylor Matthew Hillman, Elizabeth Kate Hillman and Marco Tomas Pinson. The family will receive friends from 6-8pm Friday at the Smith Funeral Home in Broadway, NC and on Sunday evening from 6-8pm at the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home in Sykesville, MD.
