Jack Patterson Taylor, age 78 of Cameron, died Tuesday (6/6/2017) at his home. He was born in Harnett County, son of the late Britton Taylor and Jennie Bell Patterson Taylor. He was preceded in death by his parents. A Memorial service will be held on Saturday (6/10/2017) at 1:00pm the Good Shepherd Church in Cameron with Rev. Don Flynn officiating. Surviving is his wife of 50 years, Wilma Blankenship Taylor of the home. Daughter, Sharon Brooks of Lillington, NC and son Tim Taylor of Cameron, NC. Sisters, Peggy Howard and Mildred Matthews of Sanford, NC and Nell Hinzman and Marion Taylor of Cameron, NC; Four grandchildren, Cynthia Hahn, Christopher Hahn, Megan Taylor Cotthoff, Jonathan Taylor and four great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the home of Tim and Angela Taylor. In lieu of flowers the family request memorials are made to Good Shepherd Church, 246 Flynn McPherson Road Cameron, NC 28326.
