Jamie Brandon "Gump" Wesley, age 50 of Sanford, died Sunday (2/13/2022).  He was born on June 17, 1971, son of Hiram Anderson Wesley and Brenda Gail Rudd Roguska.  Jamie was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Charles and Lucille Rudd and his paternal grandparents, Eddie and Ruby Wesley.  Jamie enjoyed fishing, hunting, Nascar, cooking and barbecuing on the grill.  He enjoyed spending special times with his brother, sister and other family.  Funeral services will be conducted at 2pm Thursday at Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Broadway with Rev. Gary Moore officiating.  The family will receive friends from 1:00-1:45pm Thursday, prior to the service at the Smith Funeral Home in Broadway.  Surviving is his mother, Brenda R. Roguska of Rotonda West, Florida and his father, Hiram Wesley  of Sanford, NC.  Wife, Jennifer Wesley of Greensboro, NC.  Sister, Angela Devries of Cape Coral, Florida; Brother, Jason Wesley (Christy) of Moncure, NC.  Nieces and nephews, Olivia Devries, Abby Devries, Rachael Devries, Victoria Wesley, Travis Wesley, Austin Wesley, Tyler Wesley and Joshua Wesley.
