Jeffrey Earl Thomas, age 47 of Sanford, passed away on Sunday (2/2/2025).  He was born in Orange County, NC on January 27, 1978, son of the late Earl Jefferson Thomas and Patricia Louise Dreisbach Thomas. Jeffrey enjoyed being outdoors. He also worked for Patterson Paving Company for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents, his paternal grandparents, Sallie and Grady Thomas, and his maternal grandparents, Sara and Kenneth Dreisbach. There will be no services held.  Jeffrey is survived by his son, Jeffrey Jordan Thomas of Cameron, NC; and sister, Sue Thomas Morris (John) of Broadway, NC. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial gifts be made to Smith Funeral Home, to assist the family with expenses.
