Judy Sheffield West, age 62 of Sanford, died Tuesday (8/25/2020) at her home.  She was born in Cumberland County, daughter of the late William Richard Sheffield and Lula Hardy Sheffield.  She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Matthew West.  The family will hold a private family service at a later date.  Surviving is her husband, Robert West of the home.  Daughter, Jessie West of Cameron, NC.  Sister, Ruby Kocher and husband Ronald of Lumber Bridge, NC, niece Michele Kocher and nephew Dewayne Kocher.  Online condolences can be made at www.smithfuneralhomebroadway.com Arrangements are by the Smith Funeral Home of Broadway.
