Leonard Jerome "Jerry" Rosser, age 68 of Broadway, died Monday (1/26/2015) at Central Carolina Hospital in Sanford. He was born in Lee County, son of the late Leonard I. Rosser and Ethel Kelly Rosser. He was preceded in death by his parents, and son Mark Jerome Rosser. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 2:00pm Wednesday at the Broadway Town Cemetery with Rev. John Hackney officiating. Surviving are his wife Judy Hunter Rosser of the home; Daughter Missy Rosser Faircloth and fiancé Brian Thomas of Broadway, NC; Sisters Margaret Harrington of Broadway, NC, Billie Ruth Buchanan and husband John of Galax, VA and Sue Harrington and husband D. Mac Harrington of Broadway, NC and grandchildren, Ashton Faircloth and Luke Faircloth. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Juniper Springs Baptist Church Building Fund. Arrangements are by the Smith Funeral Home of Broadway.
