Lillie Kay Harward, age 63 of Broadway, NC passed away on Saturday (12/15/2018) at Cape Fear Valley Hospital.

She was born in Winston Salem, NC. Forsyth County on July 27, 1955 daughter of Aubrey Eugene Willard and Mary Frances

Simmons. She was preceded in death by her father Aubrey Eugene Willard; One son Daniel Leon Sheffield;

One brother Dean Johnson and One sister, Patricia Diane Willard York. Funeral Services will be conducted

on Thursday (12/20/2018) at 5 P.M. at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel with the Pastor Darrell Harris, Officiating.

She is survived by her mother Mary Frances Simmons, of Sanford, Husband Lacy "Woody" Harward of the home.

Daughters, Sandra Hickman (John) of Sanford, Karen Ragland (Marvin) of Sanford; Sisters Glenda Hatley (Darrell)

of Sanford, Carolyn Carrier of King, NC; Shirley Hicks, of Sanford; Velvet Walker (Johnny) of Sanford; and Janet

Langley (Greg) of Sanford. One brother, Aubrey Dail Willard (Libby) of Mt. Airy, NC. Four Grandchildren, Daniel

Haire, Joseph Hickman, Felicia Walker, and Landry Ragland. Four Great-Grandchildren; Mason Haire, Libby Haire,

Kailynne Walker, and Kenstyn Walker. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Thursday

(12/20/2018) at the Smith Funeral Home of Broadway. Arrangements are by the Smith Funeral Home of

Broadway.
