Lisa Michelle Hodges Peters, age 43 of 12372 McDougald Road Broadway, died Friday (12/16/2011) at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill. She was born on November 8, 1968, daughter of the late Joel Russell Hodges and Mary Jane Clark Hodges. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Donnie Clark. She was a graduate of Western Harnett High School Class of 1987. Funeral services will be conducted at 11am Tuesday at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Broadway with Rev. Curtis Norris officiating. Burial will follow in the Harnett Memorial Park in Lillington. Surviving are her son Daniel Ray Peters of Lillington, NC; Brother Glenn Hodges and wife Angie of Broadway, NC; Sisters Angela Rana Hodges of Broadway, NC, Cindy Whitehead and husband Bob, Kathy Marzan and Debra Garcia all of Fayetteville, NC. The family will recive friends from 6-8pm Monday evening at the Smith Funeral Home of Broadway. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials are made to the Smith Funeral Home of Broadway PO Box 370 Broadway, NC 27505 for funeral expenses.
