Luis Cesar Garcia Carlos, age 58 of Sanford, died Thursday (11/22/2018) at his home. He was born in Mexico, son of the late Natalio Garcia and Antonia Carlos. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services will be conducted at 11am Saturday (12/1/2018) at the Iglesia De Cristo Fuente de Vida with Rev. Quintin Avila officiating. Burial will follow in the Jonesboro Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8pm Friday evening at the Smith Funeral Home in Broadway.
