Mamie Doris Currin Hodge, age 86 of Broadway, died Sunday (11/25/2018) at the First Health Hospice House in Pinehurst. She was born on May 2, 1932, daughter of the late Cicero Farrow Currin and Esper Florence Moss Currin. She was preceded in death by her parents. Doris was a member of the Antioch Baptist Church and loved traveling extensively around the country with her husband in their RV. Memorial services will be conducted at 2pm Wednesday at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Garland Smith and Rev. Daniel McNeill officiating. Surviving is her husband Joseph Graham Hodge of the Home. Sister Mabel Currin McNeill of Broadway, NC and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 1-2pm Wednesday at the Smith Funeral Home, one hour before the memorial service.
