Marianna Lisa Salyers Knowles, age 60 of Sanford, passed away on Thursday (8/9/2023) at First Health Moore Regional Hospital in Sanford.  She was born on November 1, 1962, daughter of the late Jerry Salyers and Mary Anne Reese Salyers.  She was preceded in death by her parents, and her sister, Wendy Renee Garcia.  Marianna was a member of Hillmon Grove Baptist Church and was very strong in her Faith.  She loved her church, and especially loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Surviving is her husband Sidney Knowles of the home.  Daughters, Melissa Capps of Sanford, NC, and Amanda Knowles Almond and husband Justin of Fayetteville, NC.  Son, Keith Capps and wife Hannah of Hot Springs, Arkansas.  Brothers, Ricky Salyers of Sanford, NC, Alex Garcia Jr. and wife Tracy of Fayetteville, NC and grandchildren, Addie, Kayden, Karson, Julius and Henry.  A memorial service will be held on Tuesday (8/15/2023) at 6:00pm at Hillmon Grove Baptist Church with Rev.
