Nancy Ann Fields Heffner, age 69 of Broadway, died Monday (7/26/2021) at her home.  She was born in Lee County, daughter of the late James Gurney Fields and Dorothy Wicker Fields.  Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, mother- in- law, Sue Ann Heffner and was retired from Walmart.  A memorial service will be held at 3pm on Wednesday (8/4/2021) at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Garland Smith officiating.  The family will receive friends following the service. Surviving is her husband, Guy Edward Heffner of Broadway, NC.  Aunt, Sandy Carlisle of Ormond Beach, Fl.  Daughter, Dorothy J. Keene and husband James Keene Jr. of Mamers, NC.  Son, James R.
