Phyllis Crystal, age 69 of Southern Pines, died Saturday (12/14/2019) at her home. She was born in Lee County, daughter of the late Gattis Loften McNeill and Eunice Patterson McNeill.  She graduated from Boone Trail High School and Sandhills Community College and was a member of the Mount Pisgah Presbyterian Church.    She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Janet Laird and brothers Marshall McNeill, Eugene McNeill and Mickey McNeill.  She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Jeff, and her son Matt, his wife Jennifer, and two grandchildren, Reagan and Joseph, all of Fort Myers, Florida.  Additionally, she is survived by her sisters Joyce Jones (Larry) and Agnes Cameron (Ronald) of Broadway. Memorial services will be conducted at 1pm Thursday at the Mount Pisgah Presbyterian Church with Rev. Doug Houston officiating.
