Randy Lellon Patterson, age 47 of Lillington, formerly of Broadway, died Saturday (11/17/2018) at his home.  Randy was born on July 10, 1971, son of the late Lellon Tommy Patterson and Judy McNeill Patterson Wood.  He was preceded in death by his parents and his grandfather Cornelius McNeill.  Funeral services will be conducted at 11am Wednesday at the Holly Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Scott Yow and Rev. Wayne O'Quinn officiating.  Burial will follow in the Holly Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.  Surviving are his step-father Jerry Wood and sister Tammy Patterson both of the home.  Step-sisters Kimberly Wood Duncan and husband Tim of Sanford, NC and Amanda Wood Seigler and husband Tony of Greensboro, NC.  Aunts and Uncles, Glenda and Sammy Womack of Broadway, NC, Jimmy McNeill of Sanford, NC and Jimmy L.
