Rebecca Thomas Nordan, age 85 of Broadway, died Wednesday (3/29/2017) at her home. She was born in Lee County, daughter of the late Ernest C. Thomas and Zola M. Thomas. She was preceded in death by her parents. Brothers, Nello Thomas, Gerald Thomas, George Thomas, Halford Thomas, Sister Inez Weldon and husband Ernest Nordan. Memorial service will be conducted at 11am Saturday at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tyler Williams officiating. Surviving is her daughter Debbie Nordan Thomas of Broadway. Son, Rodney Nordan and wife Brandy of Broadway. Brother Gene Gray Thomas and wife Sue of Broadway. Grandchildren Casey Thomas, Becca Nordan and Perry Nordan and great grandchildren Kylie, Riverlyn and Harley Jo. The family will receive friends from 6-8pm Friday evening the Smith Funeral Home in Broadway.
