Sanford:

Robert "Robbie" Stewart Douglas, age 54 of Sanford passed away

on Sunday (7/21/2019) at Central Carolina Hospital. He was born

in Lee County on March 10, 1965. son of  Robert O'Dell Douglas

and Phyllis Diane Stewart Douglas. Funeral Service will be

conducted at 3:00 PM Friday at the Bible Baptist Church, with

the Rev. Terry Pressler and the Rev. Dwight Dameron, Officiating.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery. He is survived by his

father, Robert O'Dell Douglas of Pittsboro, mother Phyllis Dianne

Stewart Palmer of Gulf. Wife Kelly Perkins Douglas of the home.

Four daughters, Charity Hope Chatman (Nate), Amanda Bollinger,

and Samantha Bollinger all of Sanford, Rebekah Douglas of

Greensboro. Three sons, Robert Micheal Douglas of Charlotte,

Jason Paul Douglas (Jennifer) and Daniel Andrew Douglas all of

Sanford. One brother, Paul Jeffery Douglas (Olga) of Cary, Nine

Grandchildren: Jovan Chatman, Nevaeh Chatman, Michael Greyson

Douglas, Molly Amara Douglas, Jackson leone Douglas, Kaylee Lynne

Douglas, Deward Allen Jarrell, Triston Jarrell, and Dravyn Jarrell.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Friday

(7/26/2019) at the Bible Baptist Church, 471 Center Grove Church Road

Moncure, NC. Arrangements are by the Smith Funeral Home of

Broadway.
