Robin Lynn Trogdon Newman, age 62 of Sanford, passed away on Friday (6/26/2026) at Peak Resources Pinelake in Carthage.  She was born in Randolph County, daughter of the late Victor Eddie Trogdon and Tana Cain Trogdon.  She attended Jonesboro Baptist Church and enjoyed needle pointing.  There will be no services held at this time.  She is survived by her husband, Charles "Kenny" Newman of Murrells Inlet, SC; son, C.J.
