Ronald Frank "Scooter" Sloan, age 69 of Broadway, died Wednesday (5/13/2020) at his home.  He was born in Harnett County, son of the late Frank Sloan and Mary Emma Lanier Sloan.  Scooter was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Alberta Wilson, Sandy Cole and niece Susie Delgiudice.  He enjoyed working on lawn mowers and loved his job as a truck driver.   A graveside funeral service will be held on Sunday at 2pm at the Sloan Family Cemetery with Rev.
