Sherrina Fawn Bitzer, age 63, of Moncure, died Tuesday (9/30/2014) at her home. She was born in Lake Charles, Louisiana, daughter of Navarral Ann Johnson Bitzer and the late Eugene Edwin Bitzer. She was preceded in death by her father and her life partner of thirteen years, Amalia Guajardo. There will be no services held. Surviving are her mother Navarral Ann Johnson Bitzer of Manhattan, Kansas; Sons John Armstrong and wife Marsha of Moncure, NC, Jack Armstrong of Moncure, NC and Justin Hudson of Russellville, Arkansas; Sisters April Garetson of Manhattan, Kansas and Malinda Rose of Groveland Park, California and seven grandchildren. The family would like to thank the staff at Liberty Hospice for the care and compassion given to our mother. Arrangements are by the Smith Funeral Home of Broadway.
