Shirley Marie Blizzard Hall, age 84 of Broadway, died Sunday (5/6/2018) at her home. She was born in Johnston County, daughter of the late James Claude Blizzard and Katie Lee Pilkington Blizzard. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband James Hall and her children Beverly White and Russell Hall. She was retired from Black and Decker. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday at 2:00pm at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Garland Smith officiating. A private burial will be held at the Cumberland Memorial Gardens in Fayetteville. Surviving are her granddaughters, Jenna Scharinger and husband William of Broadway, NC and Cynara Johnston of Willow Spring, NC. Sister Rovene Rodgers of Eastover, NC and four great grandchildren Jade Hutt, Baylor Jones, Ezra Rewerts and Meadow Scharinger. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service from 1-2pm at the Smith Funeral Home in Broadway.
