Teresa Paige Broadwell Leath, age 59 of Sanford, passed away on Tuesday (6/13/2023) at her home.  She was born on June 2, 1964, daughter of Patricia Ann Teague Burns and the late Thomas Wayne Broadwell.  She was preceded in death by her father and sister, Carla Jade Andrews.   No services will be held at this time.  Surviving is her mother, Patricia "Pat" Burns of Sanford, NC, and sons Cody Bryan Leath and Tanner Colton Leath of Sanford, NC.  Online condolences can be made at www.smithfuneralhomebroadway.com  Arrangements are by the Smith Funeral Home of Broadway.
