Therese Ann Cain Dunn, age 67 of Moncure, passed away on Sunday (1/11/2026) at her home.  She was born in Surry County, daughter of the late Larn Wesley Cain and Mary Magdalene Gentry Cain.  She was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother, Johnny Cain.  Threrese loved to collect elephants and butterflies and her favorite color was purple. Services will be held at a later date.   She is survived by her son, Jason Wesley King of New Hill, NC, sisters, Karen C. Thomas and Penny C.
