Viola Miller Langley, age 90 of Sanford, died Tuesday (12/15/2015) at Liberty Commons in Sanford. She was born in Durham County, daughter of the late William David Baxter Miller and Zona Abnolia Byers Miller. She as preceded in death by her parents, her husband Fairley Langley, her son Michael Wayne Mullis and her granddaughter Wanda Faye Wright. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 2:00pm Friday at the Lee Memory Gardens with Rev. Garland Smith officiating. Surviving are her daughter Jackie Isolene Inman and husband John of Bear Creek, NC; Sister Opal Hicks of Timberlake, NC; Best Friend Eula Mae Cummings of Sanford, NC and five grandchildren, Michelle Inman, Cheryl Smith, Ritchie Mullis, Ann Marie Mullis and Crystal Orpeza; fifteen great grandchildren and ten great great grandchildren. Arrangements are by the Smith Funeral Home of Broadway.
