Vivian Ann Bell Rouse, age 72 of Sanford, died Tuesday (8/14/2018) at Sanford Health and Rehab.   She was born in Pitt County, daughter of the late Lloyd Patrick Bell and Alice Godwin Bell. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Richard Rouse and son Johnny Rouse. Memorial services will be held on Saturday at 2pm at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Broadway with Rev. Robbie Douglas officiating. Inurnment will be held at the Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery. Surviving are her sons Grady Rouse and Doug Rouse and wife Jennifer all of Sanford, NC. Sisters, Betty Toler and Margie Purfory both of New Bern, NC. Brothers, Lloyd Wesley "Buddy" Bell, Danny Wayne Bell, Donald Ray Bell and David Lee Bell all of New Bern, NC and five grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 1-2pm Saturday at the Smith Funeral Home in Broadway, one hour prior to the memorial service.
