William "Billy" Benjamin Chaplin, age 31 of Sanford, passed away on Tuesday (12/20/2022).  He was born on February 11, 1991, son of Donna Stein Mojica and Scott Chaplin.  Billy loved to make people laugh, was kind hearted and would do anything to help someone in need.   He was a hard worker and had an energy that would fill the room.
